Odd Lift Rules

ODD LIFTS
And we fucking mean ODD!

Any of the following lifts can be used for the ODD Lifts contest:

Squat
Bench Press
Deadlift
Standing Overhead Press
Bicep Curls
Turkish Get Ups

The Challenge is to perform any of the above lifts WITHOUT traditional weights. The crazier the better. Each submission will be voted on by other users.

As much as we’d like to say ‘anything goes’ we do feel it’s important to add a couple of rules:

  1. YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS. If you fuck yourself up in the process … it’s not our fault.
  2. Don’t harm any people or animals in the process
  3. Videos must be uploaded to YOUTUBE so all YOUTUBE usage rules apply.
